Information for your application
1. Please fill out the application completely. Any application that is not filled out in its entirety and includes all the documents requested on this form will not be processed.
2. Please note that under the section “Personal References” a reference should be someone who can confidently attest to your character, reliability and financial stability. Consider individuals who know you well in a professional or academic setting, such as former employers, co-workers, professors or former landlords.
3. Along with your application you will need to attach a complete credit report that shows your credit score along with all current credit obligations, a criminal background history from the local sheriff’s department for the county you live in. The criminal background will need to be attained for all adults who will be living in the residence. A copy of the drivers license for all adults that will be living in the home and your last three pay stubs.
4. If additional information is needed to explain any section of the application, please attach additional pages.
5. NEVER email any document that has your full social security number on it. Only use the last 4 and call the property manager and give them the full social security number after you have sent the email.
